Jhalani Forge Group consists of Companies and units, which were once marketing companies / suppliers to M/S Jhalani Tools ( India ) Ltd. ( JTIL ). Jhalani Forge Group is currently one of the largest supplier of Tool Kits to numerous manufacturers in Europe, Mexico and South Africa from India.

We supply to Tier 1 suppliers who in turn supply to Automobile manufacturers worldwide.

It is the only manufacturer in India having the capability to forge wheel spanners from ERW tube.

Jhalani Forge Group has a capacity of manufacturing over 200,000 wheel spanners per month for cars and over 20,000 wheel spanners per month for heavy vehicles. In addition it has the ability to supply other constituents of a tool Kit like, screw drivers, spanners, jack rods, pliers, pipe wrenches etc.

Apart from the manufacturing Jhalani Forge Group is in the business of trading. It has got over 200 suppliers who supply various Engineering items to it. It has got a central warehouse in FARIDABAD, Haryana. All goods are consolidated here for inspection and packing as per the norms of the customer.

We have a large team of qualified inspectors and a full logistic cell. We are an ISO 9001-2015 company certified, All products are 100% tested as per customer needs and we work at 50 PPM rejection rate. We have full inhouse testing facilities.
